My name is Regina Dillard and cooking is my absolute passion! I am a culinary trained plant-based chef, recipe book author, an unapologetic foodie...and (wine-ie)! I enjoy taking simple ingredients, combining them with fresh herbs, spices and wholesome ingredients to create culinary delights. I believe everyone should take time to enjoy life...and food exploration can certainly be a gateway to living a fuller, richer life. I am a mom, grandmother, or "GiGi", and I receive no greater pleasure than cooking brunch for my family on Sunday mornings. In addition to teaching cooking classes, I also volunteer at my local food pantry serving as food demo instructor. I am looking forward to my journey with Epicure and sharing my healthy food enthusiasm with my fast-growing Epicure community.
